Things to note when installing:

the first. The air duct at the inlet and outlet of the DC fan is separately supported, and the overlapping weight of the duct is not allowed to be added to the parts of the fan. When installing the fan, pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan, and adjust the connection between the joint surface of the fan and the foundation and the air outlet duct. Make it fit naturally, don't force the connection;

second. The power distribution control box of the fan must match the corresponding fan (referring to power, voltage, pneumatic mode, control mode, etc.). third. The fan wiring should be wired by a professional electrician. The wiring must be correct and reliable, especially the wiring number at the electric control box corresponds to the number on the fan terminal. The fan casing should be reliably grounded. The grounding must be reliable. Do not use zero instead of grounding;

fourth. After the DC fan is installed, move the impeller with your hand or lever to check whether it is too tight or rubbed, and if there are any objects that prevent rotation, and no trial can be performed. The exposed part of the fan drive device should have Protective cover (user-supplied) If the fan inlet is not connected to the duct, a protective net or other installation device (user-supplied) is also required.

fifth. After the fan is fully installed, check whether there are any debris left in the tool box inside the fan.

Finally, check all parts of the DC fan. After testing the machine, see if there is anything abnormal. If everything is OK, then it is perfect.
